CAREER PATH COUNSELING PROGRAM
With the world evolving at such a rapid pace, the job market becomes increasingly complex. When students take these first few steps into the real world, they may feel easily overwhelmed as there is a lot to process. Perhaps even more challenging than all that is the inner workings of their minds, as it is difficult to know what the self truly wants. With that problem at hand, We would like to launch the Career Path Program.

We would like to connect the dots between the interests that lie within and the careers available outside. By implementing a multidimensional algorithm, the program will help guide the students into a professional niche that will let them use their skills and abilities whilst expressing their attitudes and values.
The program also takes into the account the limitations with regards to the opportunities available at this important juncture, and help guide the students to the best career path possible.

By recognizing and identifying your likes/ dislikes, your vision becomes clearer as you gain much-needed objectivity. This will aid in steering your career towards the right direction, helping you unearthing more of your true potential.
HELP YOU DECIDE ON THE RIGHT PATH
Strengths are the skills and abilities that are easy for you. So when you’re leveraging those skills and abilities you do quite well. Knowing your strengths means you know what activities to engage in that will allow you to shine.Whereas weaknesses are those skills and abilities that don’t come easy to you.When you are using those skills and abilities, you might struggle. Knowing your weaknesses allows you to understand how you can work around them.
When you know your strengths and weaknesses, you can create a development strategy that focuses on your specific development needs.

With partnerships with more than 35 university in Turkey and oversees, ISA provides its students with wide range of variety of choices. Except that ISA provides also academic counselors needed to accompany you through your decision making process, and the procedures of making that choice true through facilitating all possible needs. This exercise is designed to help you learn more about your interests based on your more dominant personality aspects.
Those aspects fall into one of the RIASEC categories: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional. Analyzing the report with the help of our counselors can help you make more informed decisions.
